Angela Bagley-Fenner is a wife, mother of  2, and a woman of grace and unwavering faith whose journey reflects transformation, resilience, and divine purpose. A native of Halifax County and a graduate of Weldon High School, she relocated to Rocky Mount in 2004, where she established her career and built a strong foundation for her family and future.

Over the past four years, Angela has fully embraced her calling as a wise, compassionate, and purpose-driven leader. Her life is a testament to God’s ability to heal, restore, and refine. Though she has faced seasons of being overlooked, misunderstood, and challenged, Angela has continued to rise—choosing faith over fear, forgiveness over bitterness, and purpose over pain.

As the Founder and Visionary of Timeless Moments Women Support Group, LLC (est. 2024), Angela creates intentional spaces for women to heal, grow, and reconnect with their identity and worth. Her work is rooted in authenticity and compassion, as she understands firsthand what it means to carry silent battles while still showing up for others. She is also a proud member of Tau Gamma Delta Sorority, Chi Chapter, where she continues to serve and uplift her community.

Angela’s voice speaks for the woman who has not yet found hers—the woman who has hidden her scars, endured rejection, and navigated life’s challenges quietly. Through her journey, she embodies strength, humility, and unwavering trust in God’s plan.
