Starlette J. Holland, a native of Chesapeake, VA, is a lifelong Virginian with a diverse and inspiring journey. She aspired to become a lawyer in her childhood, but her path led her in different directions.

Starlette pursued higher education at Virginia Commonwealth University, earning a Bachelor of Science in 1990. She continued her academic journey at Hampton University, earning an MBA in 1996. Her professional career began as a Licensed  P&C agent with USAA which is the acronym for United Service Automobile Association , where she honed her skills and expertise.

Afterward, she embraced a new role as a devoted stay-at-home mom, prioritizing her family's well-being. Starlette's unwavering faith and resilience led her to face an autoimmune disease diagnosis with courage. She seized the opportunity to live in Rota, Spain, where she experienced a year of life-changing experiences.

Returning from Spain, she embraced the challenges of living with a hidden disability. Her daily routine revolves around devotions, journaling, and, of course, a dash of caffeine. All forms of media, including podcasts, social networks, and local and cable news, provide information and distraction.

A mother of one, Starlette is known for her warmth and genuine connection with people. She has never met a stranger and cherishes her time with family and friends. You'll find her immersed in a good book when she's not engaged in lively discussions. Her passion for the Scleroderma Foundation and remarkable reinvention after age 50 reflect her resilience and commitment to personal growth and purpose. Starlettecurrently works as a part-time customer service representative for the City of Suffolk, demonstrating her unwavering dedication to her community and her lifelong journey of growth and transformation.
